Our Interior Design staff works diligently to review interior finish materials and provide aesthetically pleasing and cost-effective design solutions. Additionally, our Team is able to provide interior design services including program analysis, space planning, and coordination with furniture and security vendors to bring our client’s vision to life.  We work with our clients and our Design Team to review installation procedures and understand material warranty information to create a successful project from design to construction. At Ford & Associates Architects, our wide range of projects have allowed us to gain experience in several interior project types  including retail, restaurant, secondary and higher education, large assembly spaces, and corporate offices.

Construction Contract Administration

We understand the necessity to produce accurate and coordinated construction drawings to deliver a successful project. Each building and project is different, which requires an expanded knowledge of different project types and design solutions. Over the past 29 years, our Team has documented and completed projects ranging from medical office buildings to interior tenant spaces. At Ford & Associates Architects, our experience in various building types creates an environment of learning, understanding, and success that can be conveyed to our clients and applied to new projects moving forward.

Architectural Design

Through the design process we have developed at Ford & Associates Architects, our Team is able to take ideas and concepts through Schematic Design and Design Development to accurately display our clients’ thoughts and inquiries. The process of design is collaborative, and with the help of BIM and 3D Rendering, we are able to work together within our office and with our clients and contractors to convey the design approach realistically and cohesively. This technological approach to design creates an authentic representation of the space or building that can be more easily visualized and quickly modified to produce multiple design options.

Construction Documentation

The success of the project relies on the coordination between Building Departments, Clients, Developers, Contractors, and Consultants during all phases of design and construction. Our Team at Ford & Associates Architects has developed a network of experience, relationships, and reputations with local and national jurisdictions, development groups, and design consultants that have proven advantageous in a range of project types and sizes. As a project moves through design and construction phases, our Team is extremely involved and available to assist in preliminary design review, construction field observation, product and material review, and project documentation as the design evolves from concept to reality.
