Project Description

A new 160,050 SF regional corporate headquarters for Time Warner Cable located at in Columbus, Ohio. Shell Building design was completed by Moody Nolan. This facility houses multiple Time Warner Cable business units including customer service, accounting, marketing, regional management and associate training facilities. A 10,000 SF regional data center and 4,000 SF employee cafe occupy the first floor level.
