An urban infill site at the former location of the Lennox Factory, this retail/entertainment center contains a 24 screen AMC theatre (by others), Target and multiple build–to–suit national retail stores. This development has been extremely successful in revitalizing a once vacant brownfield and surrounding area near the Ohio State University campus.
