Project Description:

Ford & Associates Architects completed an interior renovation project consisting of a partially occupied floor of an existing office building in Columbus, Ohio. Ford & Associates worked with the property management team and the contractor to minimum disruptions to the existing building occupants / tenants. The long and narrow footprint of this tenant area created a centrally located open break / collaboration meeting area which became the focal area of the space. The office area also included informal huddle rooms, private offices and open office workstations.

Ford & Associates assisted the tenant in their final furniture selections and was responsible for the programming, interior planning, interior design, construction documents and construction administration.
